For the calendar year ended December 31, 2004 the subsidiary of Noldicor had revenue of approximately $740,000 and the Sontemar operations had revenue of approximately $2,000,000. The company is very pleased with these results as both of these subsidiaries were established in early 2004. The company expects to announce the results of its Italian subsidiary, Felice Conserve, shortly.
