    Monday, 8 December 2008 - NEOVIA Financial Plc (LSE: NEO) received notification on 8 December 2008 that, following transactions on 4
December 2008, Cantor Fitzgerald Europe held a notifiable interest in the ordinary shares of the Company totalling 5,307,902 ordinary
shares, representing 4.43% of the Company's issued share capital.

    The Company further received notification on 8 December 2008 that following further transactions on 5 December 2008 Cantor Fitzgerald
Europe held 4,770,106 ordinary shares in the Company, representing 3.98% of the Company's issued share capital.

    As at 5 December 2008, the Company had 119,920,953 ordinary shares in issue.
