STATEMENT RE SUSPENSION 
 
Northern AIM VCT PLC ("the Company") announces that prior to a resolution to 
cancel the listing of the ordinary shares of 5p each in the capital of the 
Company (the "Shares") on the Official List of the UK Listing Authority that 
will be put to the Company's shareholders at a general meeting of the Company to 
be held at 12.30pm on 26 September 2011, trading in the Shares has now been 
suspended.
