Plesk acquisition of SolusVM

Oakley Capital Investments Limited(1) (AIM:OCI, the "Company") is pleased to announce that Oakley Capital Private Equity III(2) ("Fund III") portfolio company Plesk(3) , a global software provider, has completed a deal to acquire the assets and operations of SolusVM from OnApp. The deal has been funded entirely using free cashflow from Plesk and no further equity or debt financing was required.

SolusVM is an Infrastructure-as-a-Service management system designed to work with virtual private server hosting packages. This complementary functionality of SolusVM will enhance the Plesk portfolio and demonstrates its commitment to developing the product offering for its hosting provider, reseller and end-user customers. This is the second acquisition made by Plesk since Fund III's investment in April 2017 following the purchase last year of XOVI, a market-leading search engine optimisation software company.
