   Issue of Equity and Total Voting Rights - Correction 
 
 
 
 
Further to the announcement of the Issue of Equity 
 and Total Voting Rights for Octopus Titan VCT 3 plc 
 (the "Company") on 25 July 2014 at 16:55 under number: 
 HUG1838889, the number of shares issued and allotted 
 for the Dividend Reinvestment Scheme has been amended 
 to reflect the correct position as below. 
 
 
   The Company confirms the allotment and issue on 24 July 2014 of 197,739 
Ordinary Shares of 10p each ("Shares") at a price of 92.8p to 
shareholders who elected to receive Shares under the Dividend 
Reinvestment Scheme as an alternative for the interim dividend for the 
half year to 30 April 2014, payable on 24 July 2014. 
 
   Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for admission of 
the new Shares. Admission is expected to become effective on or around 7 
August 2014. 
 
   The issued share capital and total voting rights of the Company is now: 
36,278,171  Ordinary Shares.
