KPOP LUX SPAIN CONCERT UPDATE
LVCG is pleased to provide further details on the KPOP Lux
Madrid Concert which is set to take place at the Civitas
Metropolitano Stadium on 22 July 2023.
KPOP LUX and L.A Rock Entertainment (contracted via a fixed fee
to stage the show) together with SBS present KPOP Lux SBS Super
Concert in Madrid and tickets went on sale on 27(th) April. The
first 3 of the seven acts were announced as ENHYPEN, ATEEZ and IVE
and can now reveal the next four artists as SHINEE, STAYC, CRAVITY
AND XIKERS.
With tickets already on sale through www.ticketmaster.es the
one-day show is expected to draw fans from all over Europe and to
reinforce Spain's place on the K-pop map.
Revenue Generation
LVCG reminds shareholders that revenue is generated via Ticket
sales, Merchandising, Sponsorship and Streaming. The Company will
provide an update on ticket sales in the coming weeks.

SHINEE is currently beginning their 15(th) anniversary
celebrations. The group is also set to release their 8(th) studio
album. The princes of pop, as they are often referred to, have
never performed in Spain before.
STAYC is an acronym for "Start to a young culture" and is a six
member girl group formed in November 2020. Their 2023 release of
Teddy Bear has reinforced their popularity as a fourth generation
group.
CRAVITY is a nine member boy group fromed by Starship
Entertainment in 2020. They were the first rookie artists of 2020
to debut on the Billboard K-POP Hot 100.
XIKERS is a rookie group formed by KQ Entertainment that debuted
in March this year with Minjae, Junmin, Sumin, Jinsik, Hyunwoo,
Junghoon, Seeun, Yujun, Hunter and Yechan. Within two months they
have amassed over 500k monthly listeners on spotify and 360k
followers on Instagram.
ENHYPEN is currently one of the top ten K-pop acts in 2023, as
they were in 2022, and have won dozens of awards. They have never
performed in Spain and with 12.2M followers on Instagram their fans
(Engines) will be rushing to Madrid for a glimpse of their
idols.
ATEEZ is well known to the Spanish K-pop fans having performed
earlier this year in Madrid and also in 2020. Their popularity and
engagement with their Spanish fanbase make them another must-see
act.
IVE debuted in December 2021 and has taken the K-pop world by
storm. The girl group, formed by Starship Entertainment, won Song
of the year for their single Love Dive in 2022 at four different
major music awards. It will be their first time performing in
Spain.
K-pop has a global following of over 200 million people and the
#KpopTwitter has over 8 billion tweets. The European fan base in
growing at a rapid rate with festivals, concerts and tours making
the music more attractive and accessible than ever before. Since
the KPOP Lux Spain video was released on social media it has
attracted close to 230,000 views.

licence includes the right to create and run StART Art Fair Seoul
and various StART+ exhibitions.
SAG has also licensed the right to the StART brand in Japan to
Live Company Japan a joint venture with M Group Holdings Co.
SAG has also licensed the brand to Live Company Korea to create
the StART Art Coin.
-- Live Company Sports and Entertainment (LCSE) - LCSE owns LCSE
Pty in South Africa which has a long-term relationship with Pick
'n' Pay and the Ocean Race.
LVCG is a founder shareholder in E-Movement - the promoter of
the Formula E Race in Cape Town. As part of this relationship
E-Movement has retained LCSE (through E-Movement holdings) as its
implementation partner. E-Movement Holdings a 100% subsidiary of
Live Company Group has the right to sell sponsorship for the
Formula E race in Cape Town.
