                         Disposal of Non Core Business


The Board announces that on 31 May 2006 it completed the sale of certain of the
assets and business of Pipeline Drillers Limited to its management team for the
payment in cash of #350,000, adjusting for stock and work in progress.  An
exceptional charge of approximately #1 million will arise on disposal as a
result of writing down its carrying value.

This sale forms part of a disposal programme following a review of the Group's
activities.
