Pantheon Leisure plc, the AIM quoted company formed to acquire businesses in the 
leisure sector, was informed on 28 June 2009 that on 26 June 2009 David 
Coldbeck, Non-Executive Director of Westside Acquisitions plc, which owns 62.5 
per cent of Pantheon, purchased 200,000 ordinary shares in Pantheon at 0.5p 
each. 
As a result of this transaction, Mr. Coldbeck is interested in 500,000 ordinary 
shares in Pantheon, representing approximately 0.38 per cent of the issued share 
capital of the Company.
