PetroAlgae Inc files amended S-1 Registration Statement for Public Offering

PSource Structured Debt Limited (LSE: PSD, the "Company"), the London listed fund investing in senior secured debt and equity warrants predominantly issued by US based small-cap companies, confirms that its largest holding, PetroAlgae, has today announced that it has filed an amended S-1 registration statement with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) relating to its proposed public offering of its common stock. Goldman, Sachs & Co., UBS Investment Bank, and Citi, are acting as joint book-running managers, and Baird and Cowen and Company are acting as co-managers for the proposed offering.
