Resignation of Chief
Financial Officer
ReNeuron Group plc (in
administration) (AIM: RENE), a UK based leader in stem cell derived
exosome technologies, announces that John
Hawkins will be stepping down as Chief Financial Officer ("CFO") of
the Company with effect from 7 May 2024, in order to pursue other
opportunities. Notwithstanding his departure, John will continue to
provide support to the Company during the ongoing administration
process.
Iain Ross, Executive Chairman, said:

contribution to the Group during his tenure and wish him every
success for the future."
