The following Supplement has been approved by the Financial Conduct Authority and is available for viewing:

Supplement dated 31 January 2025 (the "Supplement") relating to the €20,000,000,000 Euro Medium Term Note Programme of British Telecommunications public limited company ("BT").

The Supplement incorporates by reference BT Group plc's results for the half year to 30 September 2024 and BT Group plc's trading update for the quarter and nine months to 31 December 2024.
