Update on Transformation Plan

Further to the announcement on 5 March 2015 of the launch of a transformation programme, the Group reports that the preparation of the plan is progressing well and that we shall update shareholders on the plan by the end of June.

Trading has picked up in line with seasonal variations. We continue to expect a result for the year on an underlying basis however that will be materially worse than last year, together with a significant level of exceptional costs reflecting difficulties in building up our operations at Ellesmere Port.
