Solid State plc (AIM: SOLI), the
specialist value-added component supplier and design-in
manufacturer of computing, power, and communications products,
announces that Rosemary James, wife of Peter James, Chief Financial
Officer has transferred ordinary shares of 5p each ("Ordinary
Shares") from her personal holding to her ISA through sale of 1,493
Ordinary Shares at £13.40 per share and subsequent re-purchase of
1,491 Ordinary Shares at £13.40 per share.
Furthermore, the Company announces
that it has transferred 13,950 Ordinary Shares out of Treasury to
the All-Employee Share Plan. Following this transfer, the Company's
total issued share capital remains at 11,376,644, of which 19,996
are now held in Treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting
rights in the Company is 11,356,648. Shareholders may use this
figure as the denominator for the calculations by which they will
determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a
change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure
Guidance and Transparency Rules.
