                       Notification of Director's Dealing

The Company has been informed that on Friday 4 May 2007, Mr Jack Cooney, Chief
Executive Officer of Somero Enterprises, Inc. purchased 75,000 Ordinary Shares
in the Company at a price of 135p per Ordinary Share.

Mr Cooney has an interest in 128,034 shares purchased at IPO, representing
approximately 0.37% of the Company's issued share capital in addition to the
75,000 shares purchased today which brings his total holding to 193,034 shares
representing 0.59 % of the Company's issued share capital.

Mr Cooney also holds options over 874,190 Ordinary Shares representing 2.55 % of
the Company's issued share capital.
