The  Board of  Sport Media  Group plc  (AIM: SPMG.L), the integrated multi-media 
group that publishes the Sunday and Daily Sport newspapers, announces today that 
application  has  been  made  for  the  admission  to trading on AIM of 968,514 
ordinary 0.25p shares ("Ordinary Shares") following the exercise of options at a 
price  of  GBPnil per share by certain Directors of the Company under the Executive 
Share Bonus Plan, as follows:

Dealings in the new Ordinary Shares are expected to commence on 8 November 2010 
and,  following  admission,  the  Company's  issued  share capital will comprise 
100,060,897 ordinary  shares of 0.25p each  with an equivalent  number of voting 
rights. 
 
The  above voting figure may be used  by shareholders as the denominator for the 
calculations  by which they  will determine whether  they are required to notify 
their  interests in, or change to their interest in, the Company under the FSA's 
Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
