Board Change
Staffline (AIM: STAF), the Recruitment and Employability
organisation, announces that Andy Hogarth has decided to step down
as a non-executive director of Staffline Group plc with effect from
30(th) June 2018, in order to explore other business opportunities
as-well as pursuing his other business interests.
Andy joined the Group as Finance Director in 2002, became
Managing Director in 2003, and was appointed Chief Executive
Officer when Staffline listed on AIM in December 2004. During the
fifteen years of his leadership, the business grew from a turnover
of GBP40m to nearly GBP1 billion in 2017, with underlying operating
profits growing from GBP2m to over GBP39m during the same
period.
Chris Pullen, Chief Executive Officer of the Group, said:
"I would like to take this opportunity to thank Andy for his
valuable contribution in driving the Group's significant growth
over the past fourteen years. On a personal note, I am very
grateful for the support and guidance given to me by Andy following
my appointment as Chief Executive Officer in January 2018. On
