Result of 2024 Annual General
Meeting
The Revel Collective plc (the "Company") is pleased to announce that
all of the resolutions proposed at its 2024 Annual General Meeting
(the "2024 AGM") on 3
December 2024 were successfully passed. All resolutions were voted
on by means of a poll. Unless otherwise stated, all terms not
defined in this announcement shall have the same meanings as in the
notice of the 2024 AGM published on 8 November 2024.
