Exercise of options

Tescom Software Testing Systems Ltd ("Tescom" or "the Company") announces that
on 18 July 2005 it issued and allotted 7,000 Ordinary Shares following a notice
of exercise of options in the Company.  The exercise price for these options was
NIS 6.81 per share.

Application will be made for the new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading
on AIM. The new Ordinary Shares will rank pari passu with the existing Ordinary
Shares in the Company and trading of these shares on AIM is expected to commence
on 25 July 2005.

The total number of Ordinary Shares in issue following this issue is 15,950,099.
