Migration of Shares

TyraTech, Inc. (AIM: TYR and TYRU), a natural life sciences company, announces that 24,122,360 common shares in the Company on its restricted "TYR" trading line have now migrated to its unrestricted trading line "TYRU".

Following the migration of these shares, the Company will continue to have a total of 168,776,305 common shares admitted to AIM (excluding those shares admitted and not allotted under the blocklisting announced on 25 February 2011), of which 117,352,576 will continue to trade under the symbol "TYR" in a restricted manner as permitted by Regulation S of the U.S. Securities Act of 1993 (the "Securities Act") and 51,423,729 will trade under the symbol "TYRU" in an unrestricted manner pursuant to an exemption provided under the Securities Act. CREST settlement will not be available for trades in "TYR" shares.

In addition, the Company holds 1,084,413 common shares in treasury.

Where there is sufficient demand from shareholders with eligible shares to transfer shares from the restricted to the unrestricted line of trading, the Company may look to carry out further share migrations. In order to participate in such migrations, shareholders should complete the Letter of Transmittal (for eligible shareholders with restricted shares) and return it with their current restricted share certificates to the Company's transfer agent (Computershare Investor Services (Jersey) Limited, Queensway House, Hilgrove Street, St Helier, Jersey, JE1 1ES).

The Letter of Transmittal is available on the Company's website, www.tyratech.com. Also available on the website is a dematerialisation form for shareholders with unrestricted paper shares who wish to transfer to CREST.

Shares will only be migrated to the unrestricted line if they are eligible to do so. Further details regarding eligibility can be found in the Letter of Transmittal.
