Director's Dealings

The Company has been notified of certain dealings in the Company's shares by
Charles Pitman, a non executive director of the Company. On 17 October 2005, Mr
Pitman purchased 7,500 shares in the Company at a price of 485.25 pence per
share. On 19 October 2005, Mr Pitman made a further purchase of 2,500 shares at
a price of 459 pence per share. Prior to this purchase, Mr Pitman did not hold
any shares in the Company. Mr. Pitman has a total current interest in 10,000
shares in the Company, representing 0.01 per cent. of the Company's current
issued share capital.

On 23 September 2005, Mr Pitman also acquired options to purchase 20,000 shares
in the Company at an exercise price of 240 pence per share. These options were
granted for nil consideration. All of these options remain unexercised.

Due to an administrative oversight, this notification was not made at the time
of Mr Pitman's dealings.
