(LUEF LP), together "the Funds", that Lansdowne Partners Limited Partnership reduced its holding in the Company to 10,664,000 shares (SEDOL
B0FHR59 ISIN CY0000111027), representing 5.99% of the Company's voting rights (on the basis of a total number of voting rights of
178,143,987) and thereby crossing the 6% threshold in the voting rights of the Company. These shares are registered under Morstan Nominees
Limited on behalf of the Funds.
