The Board of The Ukraine Opportunity Trust PLC announces with great regret that 
Bertrand Lipworth has passed away. 
 
Bertrand had been a Director of the Company since 2007. The Board issued a 
statement saying "This is a great shock to us all and we will miss Bertrand's 
wise council and his excellent company."
