   Leverage Shares Public Limited Company (the "Issuer"), in accordance 
with Section 9.13 of the Master Trust Deed hereby gives notice of a 
change of Determination Agent.  The existing Determination Agent, SEI 
Global Services, Inc. will be replaced by Calculation Agent Services LLC 
on 30(th) August 2019 (the "Change of Service Provider") on the terms of 
a new Determination Agency Agreement. 
 
   A copy of the new Determination Agency Agreement is available for 
inspection by ETP Securityholders at 2 Grand Canal Square, Grand Canal 
Harbour, Dublin 2, Ireland. 
 
   Terms used but not defined in this letter shall bear the meanings 
assigned to them in the Master Definitions Schedule dated 5 December 
2017 in relation to the Issuer's collateralised exchange traded 
securities programme.
