Vocalis has today informed the Trustee of the Vocalis Employee Share Trust
that the following Directors have accepted an award under the Vocalis Group
1998 Long Term Incentive Plan:

Mr Peter Hauser                        68,965

Dr Minesh Patel                        68,965

Mr Michael Williams                    68,965

Ms Jane Crathern                       64,039


These awards will vest in three years time dependant upon Vocalis achieving
certain performance targets.
