Board Update

The Board of Woburn Energy Plc ("Woburn" or "the Company") announces that after six years with the Company, Dr John Cubitt will step down as Managing Director no later than the end of this year, to pursue other interests.

Chairman Arif Kemal, said:

"The Board is grateful to John for his contribution over the last difficult six years and we wish him well for his new projects. We have commenced the process for appointing John's successor."
