West Bromwich Building Society Permanent Interest Bearing Shares

 

 

On 16 August 2024 pursuant to a reverse enquiry, and having obtained relevant supervisory consent, West Bromwich Building Society announces the purchase of £894,000 of its remaining Permanent Interest Bearing Shares (ISIN: GB00B0CX2M20) (the PIBS), which will subsequently be cancelled.

Following the partial purchase and cancellation, £3,938,000 in aggregate nominal amount of the PIBS will remain outstanding.
