Results of General Meeting held on 16 December 2013

The directors of W&G Investments PLC (the "Company") wish to announce that the resolutions considered at the Company's General Meeting earlier today, inter alia, in relation to recommended proposals for (i) the proposed return of cash to the Company's shareholders through a solvent members' voluntary liquidation, (ii) the cancellation of the ordinary shares of the Company from admission to trading on AIM and (iii) the change of name of the Company, were duly passed by the Company's shareholders.

Accordingly, the Company's ordinary shares will be cancelled from admission to trading on AIM with effect from 7.00 a.m. London time on 17 December 2013.
