today announced that Mr. Todd R.
Oseth, CEO and Mr. Richard
Mohr, CFO are no longer with the Company. Mr.
Patrick A. Blott, Chairman of the
Board, has been appointed Chief Executive Officer. Mr.
Michael Hoehn, also a Board member,
has been appointed Chief Financial Officer.
