Baron Oil Plc (AIM: BOIL) has been
notified that on 6 June 2024, Gerry Aherne, Independent
Non-Executive Chairman, purchased 30,000,000 ordinary shares of
0.025 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at an average price
of 0.06825 pence per share.
Accordingly, Gerry Aherne's total
beneficial shareholding in the Company is 60,000,000 Ordinary
Shares, which represents approximately 0.24% of the Company's
current voting rights.
