REDENOMINATION OF IWG PLC
ORDINARY SHARES
IWG plc today announces that following
the Annual General Meeting held today, Resolution 21 was passed,
changing its nominal share capital from Ordinary Shares with a par
value of GBP 0.01 each to Ordinary Shares with a par value of USD
0.0124 each. The authorised share capital of the Company will be
USD 99,200,000 divided into 8,000,000,000
shares designated as Ordinary Shares with a par value of USD 0.0124
each.
The change of nominal capital is
expected to become effective and trading is expected to commence in
the USD Ordinary Shares on Friday, 31 May 2024 at
8:00am, subject to the FCA agreeing
to make the relevant change to the Official List and the LSE
changing the status or agreeing to change the status of the
Company's share capital admitted to trading on the LSE's main
market to reflect the change of nominal capital. Shareholders will
be notified if the change of nominal capital is to take effect on
any day other than Friday, 31 May 2024.
