Transaction
International Workplace Group plc
announces that it was today notified that on 28th May 2024 Estorn
Limited, a person closely associated with Mark Dixon, Chief
Executive Officer of International Workplace Group plc, disposed of
35,000,000 ordinary shares held in the capital of the Company. The
proceeds of this disposal will be used to unwind pledge and lending
arrangements entered into by Estorn Limited with Deutsche Bank
Luxembourg S.A..
As a result of this transaction Mark
Dixon has an interest and voting rights in 254,795,598 ordinary
shares representing approximately 25.2% of the total number of
voting rights in the Company.
