International Datacasting Corporation (TSX:IDC), a global leader in providing
advanced solutions for multimedia content distribution via satellite, announced
today it has received a follow-on order from a leading aerospace and defence
contractor for IDC's new DVB-S2 dual tuner integrated receiver and decoder,
(IRD), the SuperFlex SFX3104-L.

The order, valued at $800,000 CAD, when combined with an initial order received
in the Company's second quarter, brings the total value for this project to $1.4
million CAD to date.

The SFX 3104-L is a new compact, lightweight configuration in IDC'S SuperFlex
line of commercial off-the-shelf products. The small form factor is ideal for
applications where installation space is limited or size and weight needs to be
minimized. This IRD has dual DVB-S2 tuners to support built-in redundancy and/or
receive two unique broadcasts simultaneously as well as integrated Irdeto
conditional access and decryption capabilities.

The unit has been qualified for (and ordered in support of) an ongoing US
government communications program providing secure, high-speed, broadband IP
connectivity to US forces and government agencies in the field.

"We have essentially re-designed our SFX 3104 to reduce its size and weight by
more than 50%, while meeting the customer's challenging requirements for high
throughput, dual tuner operation and integrated Irdeto conditional access," said
Ron Clifton, IDC President and CEO. "IDC is pleased to become a supplier for
this very important program," he added.
