BAC Bank of America Corporation

Bank of America Corp. (BAC) shares "easily" could rise to $15 in the near term and trade in the $20 a share range in a year-and-a-half, banking analyst Meredith Whitney said Monday in an appearance on CNBC.

Bank of America closed at $12.56, down 1 cent, on Monday.

Ms. Whitney said in general she has never been this bullish on U.S. equities in her career.
