Man Group PLC (EMG.LN) Wednesday said the net asset value of Athena Guaranteed Futures Ltd. at the close of business July 31, was up 6.16% on the month at $126.57.

In the last 12 months, it is up 7.9%.

It uses quantitative models to exploit price trends in a variety of markets, including stocks, bonds and commodities.

Across all of its funds, Man Group had some $71 billion in funds under management at June 30.

Shares at 0909 GMT up 0.7 pence, or 0.3%, at 213.7 pence.
