| The SPDR Nuveen Municipal Bond ETF (the Fund) seeks to provide current income that is exempt fromregular federal income taxes. Capital appreciation is a secondary objective when consistent with the Fundsprimary objective. In pursuing its investment objective, under normal circumstances, the Fund invests at least 80% of its net assets (plusthe amount of borrowings for investment purposes) in municipal bonds that pay income that is exempt from regularfederal income tax. |
