In preparation for completion of the financial restructuring in REM Offshore ASA (the "Company" or "REM") the Company has today completed a cancellation of 60 issuers' bonds in REM04PRO. Following completion of the cancellation REM holds no bonds in REM04PRO. Following completion of the cancellation, a total of 290 bonds remains issued and outstanding in REM04PRO with a total nominal value of NOK 290 000 000.
