Regional Health Properties, Inc. (the “Company”) has determined that it is unable to file its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the quarterly period ended June 30, 2023 (the “Quarterly Report”) within the prescribed time period without unreasonable effort or expense because, for the reasons discussed below, additional time is needed to finalize the Quarterly Report and compile all information for the financial statements and related disclosures required to be included in the Quarterly Report.

 

The Company is still in the process of compiling the required information to complete the Quarterly Report and its independent registered public accounting firm requires additional time to complete its review of the financial statements to be incorporated in the Quarterly Report.
