Implementation for the Company's Houston stores is anticipated for January. First, the system allows employees at each facility to enter the vehicle and customer information and sales transaction directly into the company database in real time. Additionally, the MSSsoftware has integrated an Internet-based biometric "time and attendance" system for the Company's employees to clock in and out by simply placing a finger on the OneTouchTimeClock fingerprint sensor. This fingerprint time clock prevents fraudulent time cards from being submitted by absent employees. Time and attendance data is automatically calculated and transmitted to the payroll service bureau in minutes. Furthermore, the system instantly accounts for every dollar received and every inspection conducted, then balanced to the number of inspection certificates in inventory. Finally, it gives the company the ability to review the productivity of every employee and location anytime, from anywhere.
