Estimates Record Annual Revenue of Approximately $9.2 million in 2024

-- Silynxcom Ltd. (NYSE American: SYNX) (“Silynxcom” or the “Company”), a manufacturer and developer of ruggedized
tactical communication headset devices, today announced preliminary unaudited year-end financial results for the twelve months ended December
31, 2024.
On a preliminary unaudited basis, Silynxcom is
reporting a strong performance for 2024, highlighting accelerated operational and business growth
including:

estimated at $9.2 million in 2024, representing an increase of more than 20% compared to
2023; and |
| ● | Cash
and cash equivalents as of December 31, 2024 totaled $3.2 million. |

The above figures represent preliminary, unaudited
estimates with respect to certain results of the Company for the full year ended December 31, 2024, based on currently available information.
Because the audit for 2024 is not yet complete, the Company’s final results may vary from the preliminary estimates. While these
estimates are subject to the completion of the Company’s financial closing procedures and the annual audit, the Company does not

and communication accessories directly to military forces, police and other law enforcement units. The Company also deals with specialized
networks of local distributors in each locale in which it operates and has developed key strategic partnerships with radio equipment manufacturers.
