eAutoclaims Appoints Jeffrey Dickson as Chief Executive Officer and President

W. Austin Lewis named new Chairman of the Board OLDSMAR, Fla., Jan.
16 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- eAutoclaims (OTC:EACC) (BULLETIN
BOARD: EACC) , a leading provider of managed collision repair
services and insurance claims processing technology applications,
announced today that Jeffrey Dickson has been elected by the Board
of Directors of the Company to replace Eric Seidel as President and
CEO, after Seidel informed the Board of his intent not to renew his
contract to pursue other interests. Mr. Seidel has been appointed
to serve as the Company's Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors.
W. Austin Lewis, IV has been elected as the Company's new Chairman
of the Board replacing Mr. Dickson. Mr. Lewis stated "I am excited

eAutoclaims the success we all know it can be." Mr. Dickson was one
of the original founders of eAutoclaims and has served as Director
and Chairman of EACC's Board of Directors since June 2000. Mr.
Dickson has the proven ability to set direction, manage turnaround
situations, and inject quality growth profitably. He has had
successful hands-on experience in creating shareholder value in
public and privately held insurance claims processing service and
software companies. From May 1997 through November 1999, Mr.
Dickson was the President and Chief Executive Officer of First
American AMO. From February 1995 through May 1997, Mr. Dickson was
the President and Chief Operating Officer of Salex Corporation. Mr.
Dickson has served as an Executive Vice President of the American
Bankers Insurance Group and President of Interloc Corp. Mr. Lewis,
Founder of the Lewis Opportunity Fund, joined the company's Board
of Director's in May 2006. Since 2004, Mr. Lewis has been the Chief
Executive Officer of Lewis Asset Management Corporation, an
investment management company headquartered in New York City. Prior
to 2004, Mr. Lewis was an Account Manager for an investment
partnership focusing on technology and research in various
