Directors shareholding

The Company has been notified pursuant to Section 324 and 328 of the Companies
Act 1985 that Christine Macdonald transferred 1,142,790 ordinary shares to
Donald John Macdonald on 12 August 2003.  The Company has also been informed
under the same statute that Frank O'Callaghan has transferred 7,500 ordinary
shares to Elizabeth O'Callaghan on 22 August 2003.
