1. Exercise by Jonathan Bunting (Executive Director) of
1,016,524 Long Term Incentive Plan (2019) shares, receipt of
136,446 shares in respect of the dividend equivalent payment and
the subsequent sale of 543,801 ordinary shares to cover the tax and
NI liability.
