API Group Plc received notification Hermes Administration Services Limited today
that BriTel Fund Nominees Limited now holds 2,172,969 ordinary shares of the
Company, which represents 6.419% of the issued share capital of the Company.
Hermes also notified the Company that PossFund Nominees Ltd now holds 1,476,262
ordinary shares of the Company, which represents 4.36% of the issued share
capital of the Company.
