The Company announces that, following the exercise of warrants to subscribe for
ordinary shares, it has made an application pursuant to the authority granted on
9th July, 2003 for the admission of 600,000 Ordinary Shares to be admitted to
trading on AIM.

It is expected that dealings in the said shares will commence on 13th October,
2003.
