PARIS--Kering SA Tuesday appointed two new chief executives to two of its brands as the French luxury holding group completes a major turnaround.

Kering said Carlo Alberto Beretta will become CEO of Italian brand Bottega Veneta as of January 2015 and Sarah Crook will head up the Christopher Kane brand as of Nov. 17.

Both executives have extensive experience in the luxury industry.

For nearly a decade, Chairman and Chief Executive François-Henri Pinault has been shifting Kering from a distribution conglomerate to focus on high-end luxury products such as Gucci.

Earlier this year, Kering restructured its luxury unit, appointing new management.
