Casino Guichard-Perrachon SA (CO.FR) said late Friday that Tikehau Capital SCA (TKO.FR) and Bpifrance will take a 24% stake in its solar-energy subsidiary GreenYellow.

The two new investors will take on the stake in GreenYellow via a capital increase of 150 million euros ($173.3 million), Casino said.

The deal, which is expected to close in December, will allow GreenYellow to accelerate the development of markets in France and abroad, Casino said.
