that its Board of Directors has declared the Company's next regular
quarterly cash dividend of $0.10 per
share (or $0.40 annually), an
increase of 25%. The next cash dividend will be payable on
March 28, 2025, to stockholders of
record as of the close of business on March
18, 2025.
