Item 8.01    Other Events.

The Company announced that the Board of Directors has declared its next regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.10 per share or $0.40 annually, an increase of 25%. The next cash dividend will be payable on March 28, 2025, to stockholders of record as of the close of business on March 18, 2025.

AAON Increases Quarterly Cash Dividend

TULSA, OK, March 5, 2025 – AAON, Inc. (NASDAQ: AAON) (“AAON” or the “Company”), today announced that its Board of Directors has declared the Company’s next regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.10 per share (or $0.40 annually), an increase of 25%. The next cash dividend will be payable on March 28, 2025, to stockholders of record as of the close of business on March 18, 2025.
