From my view, the Plant Completion is just days away. One can reasonably conclude that the interior has been completed and tested for operational functionality. The exterior appears all but completed, including Alidaire's newest photos of the exterior conveyor system newly installed. And , now in October, the rains can be reasonably completed.. And the month of October is in the first week. NOW, the test of transporting the boulders from Amparo. One can reasonably assume that the dirt road has been upgraded and made as durable and functional as possible for the major wear and tear of truck and 10 tons of material. AND NOW, there is a dedicated trucked in fuel container for ongoing transport. A fuel truck will periodically deliver 500 gallons ,maybe 1000 gallons and simply pump it into the stationary container. All bases are being covered.

To longs, to be honest, I am concerned of the Micon report being asserted to be too conservative/in error. 10 Micon has a soild reputation. 2) It is self serving for AABB to pull out the stops against Micon, so they can "shop around" for an improved analysis by a 2nd company. Your question is immaterial. There are no unsold preferred shares. All of them are outstanding according to "company" filings. Should WC decide to transfer more that 5% of the outstanding there would be issues too..
