What else can he do bio? AA has a fiduciary obligation to shareholders to address the mountain of debt which is crushing AMC and keeping it from earnings due to the huge regular cash outlays to service the regular interest payments on the mountain of debt. He has to sell shares at this price to pay down debt, reduce the interest expense that is killing the company, and stave off BK. Don't forget that Adam Aaron was trying to get authorization for more common shares to sell to pay down/off AMC's debt in mid-2021 when AMC shares were selling at a current post-RS adjusted price of $475 - $600, and the APES stupidly opposed the deal and killed it. A relatively small number of shares would have needed to be sold at those prices ($47.50 - $60 pre-RS) to pay down or off all of AMC's then debt load. APES were short sighted and ignorant on the issue.

The whole 50M shares sold by GS was nothing but another scam provocated by AA
